What if I want to return or refund?
We want you to be happy with your piece. If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, unless there’s a manufacturing fault covered by our 18 months warranty.

Warranty
Our pieces are made to last. Every item is protected by 18 months warranty covering manufacturing faults. If your piece ever needs repair within this period, we’ll restore it with care. Intentional damage, or improper use aren’t included, but we’re always happy to help with paid repairs.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
