We are producing in small batches, if you can not find your size, please let us know.
Refund and Return
We want you to be happy with your piece. If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.
Items must be not damaged and in original packaging.
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, unless there’s a manufacturing fault covered by our 24 months warranty.

Warranty
Our pieces are made to last. Every item is protected by 24 months warranty covering manufacturing faults. If your piece ever needs repair within this period, we’ll restore it with care. Intentional damage, or improper use aren’t included, but we’re always happy to help with paid repairs.

Simple maintenance practices, such as gentle washing and proper storage, can effectively preserve the longevity of your favorites. We encourage you to refer to the care instructions included with each item, designed to help you keep your purchase in top condition.
