When will I get it if its Pre-Order?

Pre-order pieces typically take 4–6 weeks to complete.
Customised details can be added at no extra cost during this stage. We will contact you to query if you would like add on any customised details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Warranty
Returns
You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition.
Customised pieces are non-refundable unless deemed faulty.
Term
All pieces are covered by an 18-month warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects only.
It does not cover damage caused by improper wear, accidents, loss, or any external human caused damage.
